Fully functional . I have shot many rolls of film on it. CONDITION:- On the Perkeo iii, 1s and 1/2s shutter speeds are sticky; the rest are fine. - The lens is relatively clean to the naked eye but keep in mind this is an old camera and that it is not perfect.- The rangefinder patch on the Perkeo iii is clearly visible in the rangefinder window.- In the separate viewfinder window, it’s clear but I have a gentle feeling of slight cloudiness. Its difficult to describe.- Focusing is smooth.- No pinholes in the bellows! I rechecked in a dark room with a strong flashlight. Please examine the photos as well.
